1. Platform Access

MP Trading Academy provides access to trading education, strategy modules, indicators, live sessions, trade recaps, community support, and Project Atlas platform previews. Access may depend on your plan, payment status, technical availability, and account standing.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You must not share paid content, indicators, recordings, or member-only resources outside your account.
• We may update, improve, pause, or remove features as the academy and Project Atlas continue to develop.

3. Membership, Billing, and Trials

• Paid memberships renew according to the plan selected at checkout unless cancelled before renewal.
• Trial access may be limited, changed, or removed if misused.
• Payments, taxes, currency conversion, and third-party payment fees may be processed by external providers.
• Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund previous access unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.

4. Member Conduct

Members must keep the community professional and focused. Harassment, spam, misleading performance claims, account sharing, copying proprietary tools, or attempting to reverse engineer indicators or Project Atlas may result in restricted access or termination.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The MP Trading Academy framework, lessons, videos, diagrams, indicators, trade process, Project Atlas interface, written content, and brand assets remain the property of MP Trading Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access member resources while your account is active.

6. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the platform available, but outages, maintenance, data-provider issues, browser limitations, or third-party service interruptions may occur. We may update these terms as the academy, indicators, pricing, and Project Atlas evolve.

1. Information We May Collect

• Account details such as name, email, username, password status, and membership plan.
• Payment and billing status from payment processors. We do not intend to store full card numbers.
• Support messages, Discord/community activity, live-session questions, and contact form submissions.
• Platform usage data such as login events, module progress, indicator downloads, and feature interactions.
• Technical data such as browser, device, approximate location, cookies, analytics events, and security logs.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, deliver member content, provide support, process payments, improve education and platform features, secure the service, send important updates, and understand what members need from the academy.

3. Service Providers and Sharing

We may share limited information with trusted providers that help operate the academy, such as payment processors, email systems, analytics tools, hosting services, support tools, Discord/community tools, and security providers. These providers should only use information for the services they provide to us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect members or the platform, or to investigate fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security issues, or misuse.

4. Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely risk-free, so members should use strong passwords, protect their email accounts, and avoid sharing login access.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the academy, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security records.

5. Access, Correction, and Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, or dispute-resolution reasons.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep members logged in, measure platform usage, improve site performance, and protect against abuse. You can manage browser cookie settings, but some features may not function correctly without them.

2. Education Only, Not Personal Advice

MP Trading Academy content is general education. It does not consider your financial situation, objectives, experience, risk tolerance, jurisdiction, tax position, or suitability. You should seek independent financial, legal, and tax advice before making trading decisions.

3. Indicators, Signals, and Project Atlas

Indicators, dashboards, Project Atlas screens, market feeds, recaps, and automated tools are educational aids. They may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable. They do not guarantee trade quality, entry timing, profit, payout, or funded-account success.

4. Prop Firm and Challenge Risk

Prop firm rules can change and may include drawdown limits, consistency rules, news restrictions, payout reviews, prohibited strategies, platform limits, and account termination clauses. MP Trading Academy cannot guarantee funding, challenge completion, or payouts.

5. Performance, Backtests, and Examples

• Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
• Backtests, screenshots, recaps, and simulated examples may not reflect live execution, slippage, spread, commissions, psychology, liquidity, or risk discipline.
• Testimonials and member outcomes are individual examples, not guarantees.
• Market conditions can change and any edge can stop working.

6. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for position sizing, risk per trade, stop placement, strategy selection, broker or prop firm choice, tax obligations, and whether trading is suitable for you. If you do not understand a market or product, do not trade it.

1. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it is designed to let members explore the academy before paid renewal. Trial length, inclusions, and limitations may vary by promotion or plan. Members are responsible for cancelling before the trial converts if they do not want paid access.

2. Renewals and Cancellation

Memberships renew automatically according to the selected plan unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund past access periods, downloaded indicators, attended sessions, or consumed content.

3. Refund Review Conditions

Refunds may be reviewed where there is a duplicate payment, clear billing error, technical access issue that we cannot resolve, or another circumstance required by applicable law. We may decline refund requests where substantial content access, downloads, live sessions, Discord use, or platform use has already occurred.

4. How to Request a Refund Review

• Email us from the account email used at checkout.
• Include the payment date, plan, receipt or invoice reference, and reason for the request.
• Allow a reasonable review period while we check access logs, payment records, and support history.
• Approved refunds will usually be returned through the original payment method where possible.
